About the Role

  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify surface imperfections before and after coating.
  • Sound mechanical aptitude, including the ability to disassemble, clean, maintain, and reassemble powder coating equipment.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
